Does my computer slow down when it has been running for a while?
When I first turned on my computer, I noticed it didn’t run well. After restarting, everything worked fine again. However, after about two hours of use, the performance dropped sharply and became difficult to use. My PC isn’t overheating, and none of the parts exceed 70°C. The internet speed hasn’t changed either, despite some reported lag. I’ve been told to close other programs that increase CPU load, but this hasn’t made a difference since I’ve only run one program at a time recently. I also found out there’s no framerate problem—I get the same frame rate regardless of smoothness. Unfortunately, I can’t share my screen recording because the forum doesn’t allow adding video files.
Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I’m using a heat sink to keep my processor cool and I’m not using the AMD stock fans.

When smooth
Not entirely certain if you can notice the lag difference between the two screen recordings.
The lag doesn’t increase and doesn’t get worse over time; it appears suddenly and then I have to restart my computer. This happens every day.
I plan to check my BIOS drivers to ensure they’re up to date, and I’ll update you soon.
I'm employing a heat sink to manage the temperature of my processor and have opted out of using the AMD stock fans. Please specify the cooling method for the processor. Regarding your RAM, do you utilize DDR4-4000MHz?
Did you reset the CMOS after the BIOS update? If not, perform it now. Proceed to retest.
The Resource Monitor indicates that my physical memory usage is at 30%.
When "choppy" is used, can you create an image that illustrates its effect?
