I'm going to make a new game, then take a picture of how it's being used.

I just tried playing Fortnite with performance mode on, setting graphics to low while running at 1440p or 1080p. It didn't make a difference at all. Some people say using a 3090 gives them nearly 700 fps, but I can only get around 450+ FPS even in low + performance mode. They seem to have better CPUs than me, but the gap between max graphics and low graphics isn't that big on these settings for games like Fortnite or COD Warzone at high resolutions. Basically, lowering graphics settings won't fix frame rate issues anyway.

Finding it hard to tell which computers are better than others. That's why you should check out UBM Reboot. Wait just a couple of minutes. Start that test while your internet is off. Then share a link here with what you find on the final page.

It says again and again that I don't have enough graphics card when I already tried testing it two times. Here is the link.

No idea why it doesn't see the GPU, maybe try redownloading UBM and testing again. Do you have BIOS version 2004? Is there a newer chipset driver? Why all that background stuff? Did you wait a few minutes after restarting before trying UBM? Was your browser closed?

I have the newest versions of both BIOS and chipset. But I am not sure what you are talking about when you say "background stuff." After my computer restarted, I waited five minutes just to let the test finish before closing my browser.

UBM tells you that lots of programs are starting up right now, even if you haven't opened any apps yet. You might want to stop some from running so you can save space.

How do I get rid of all the extra stuff running in the back? I only have the apps needed, yet my memory is using up 25% even though no other programs are showing.

Could updating to a brand new version of Windows make things better?

Things come from different places, so you can chase them around. Check if something here helps. It might just be a matter of being firm with what you need. https://www.google.com/search?q=how...CS...t=gws-wizz Sometimes it's all about getting hard nosed when it comes to needs and wants.
