10% or less background noise is okay. Zero is never going to happen. If any part of the test stops short, the app marks it as Incomplete (usually shown next to a missing GPU icon). This means one piece broke while working on its job. The GPU likely crashed during that specific task. Something's definitely wrong with this hardware, mate. You need to tell us more about it. How hot does it get when you play? Check the core clock boost or look at the frequency. Maybe check if the cores are boosting properly, or maybe they're stuck lower than they should be. We can't figure this out just by looking at the report itself. Please narrow down your questions so we can help.
