I might pause for a second while the game loads my items before each door opens that's all the wait it takes.

What newer well-optimized game can you recommend for testing your CPU? A game that runs super smoothly without needing to load shaders or areas like those in Bethesda titles. It doesn't have to look amazing, but it should use the processor a lot. Maybe something like a classic RPG? Baldur's Gate 3?

Yeah, maybe Baldur's Gate 3? Even though I haven't touched it in ages and back then it was running on an old computer. I tried playing the first release demo on a 1050 Ti graphics card, but it really didn't work well. The game was dropping frames down to around 15 to 20 per second when trying to run at 1440p resolution.
