I often adjust settings with those cards, especially when using Steam games. Nvidia appears to handle this well by detecting and adjusting your settings. I once owned a 5060ti with 16GB RAM before returning it within 14 days after Microcenter restocked a 9070xt. AMD also lets you tweak settings per game, though I believe Nvidia does the same. Still, you probably need to adjust settings at least occasionally.
No I did not. I assumed that the install of new drivers would replace the old. Please give me a link to the DDU program. TY
Keep in mind that a clean installation isn't always required. DDU can be helpful, but it doesn't have to be essential for proper driver removal. Usually, standard default settings manage the process of deleting old drivers and setting up new ones correctly.

Hello. I had some worries about the procedure. Could you check if turning off all video drivers might cause my screen to turn black?
Even excluding certain drivers like Nvidia, AMD, and Intel, Windows would still load its standard drivers after a restart.
Major Update: I accessed the Nvidia Control panel and adjusted two settings as suggested by a YouTube video.
1. Settings as follows: Shader Cashe Size > Unlimited...
2. Power Management Mode > Prefer Maximum Performance.
Unfortunately, this didn't resolve the issue. The problem seems to stem from a conflict between the Nivida In Game Overlay and the Steam In-game overlay. I disabled it today and will check the results.
Put the RX 9060 XT back in my basket.
