What you're referring to is jumping to the next major update in DLSS4. It's true that DLSS 4 and 4.5 represent Nvidia's latest advancements, but switching from FSR 4 on the RX 90 series isn't necessarily about upscaling quality—it's more about adopting the newest features and improvements. The reasoning behind it might seem unclear at first, but it's about staying current with the technology.
9060xt 16gb would be the main contender. Dlss 4.5 is decent, but improvements in fsr implementation for fsr 4 are promising. I'm satisfied with the performance of a 9070xt 16gb. Still, as upscaling technology advances, it's going to become more common.
Installed a new card. Gigabyte RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB. Last Friday. The 27 Jan 26 drives were installed. In the game, everything is mostly working now. The main issue appears when I go to the "Featured" page and try to pick up a new game. The screen flickers, closes, brings me back to my Yahoo home screen, goes black, and then sends me back to Steam. It usually takes around three attempts before I can view and explore a new game. I turned off the STEAM OVERLAY with only small improvement. Any suggestions? This started when I installed my Gigabyte RTX 5060 Ti 16gb. I’m using Recommended settings. Thanks
What is the wattage, brand, model, and age of your power supply? It works well with a 1440P setup using the 9060 XT 16BG. The 5060 Ti 16GB seems superior, but I chose the 9060XT because of cost limits. If your PSU is not functioning or there are other problems, the 9060XT might not be the solution.
None of this makes any sense. You're using the steam app correctly? If so, you wouldn't be redirected to your Yahoo homepage through that app, as that would happen in a different browser. Unless you're referring to the web browser built into Steam/Overlay, which automatically closes when you exit a game, since it's meant for gaming use only. It exists to help you access info quickly while playing without needing to switch tabs.
Regarding the game, it seems like there might be a bug or an improper driver installation. You could also be missing additional drivers needed for the system or not properly connected to the new GPU.
Tell me about your actions when you received the new card and how you installed it on your PC, as well as the driver you used during installation. Have you tried running more than one game?
*Edit* I recommend using an older driver version to test first, rather than the latest ones, since the newest ones still have many issues. You might try 576.80, which you can download here:

There seems to be an issue with this card. I'm sending it back to the dealer. It's malfunctioning and unstable. I even experienced a black screen when starting the computer, which required a hard restart. I've tried Ubisoft, EA, Epic, and GOG, but nothing worked except listing games on Steam. Thanks to everyone. I'll order the 9060 XT 16 GB.
I don't understand the Nvidia App well. It only shows Steam games like Epic, Ubisoft, GOG, and EA, not others. I've always had a lot of issues with my graphics card. I just want to plug it in, download the drivers, and stop worrying about it.
