Updated my setup to the following configuration: Asus Prime X-470 Pro, Ryzen 2700x, Trident Z 3000 2x8 at 3000MHz (clocked at 2133). After flashing the BIOS to the latest version (4024, dated 9/7/2018), I noticed my RAM was only showing a speed of 2133, not the rated 3000. I attempted to adjust timings, speeds, and voltages via DOCP settings, but the system keeps entering safe mode and reverting changes. My RAM modules are installed on A1 and B1. Someone, could you assist me?
Consider placing them in A2/B2 instead of DIMMS a1b1. Alternatively, you could simply put them in the opposites.
I meant something different, but you're welcome to test both options. I've helped resolve boot problems before.
Starting from 2133 isn't the issue—I'm just attempting DOCP or manual OC now. But I'll give it a shot.
