Do you think you've damaged your motherboard?
Before reading this, I thought bent CPU pins might be impossible. However, after removing the CPU from its socket, I found one bent pin. When I installed my 1300X and turned on the PSU switch, the motherboard lights came on. After installing the 3600 and turning it on, the LEDs lit up and the system booted perfectly, fixing the memory problem as well. This was unexpected because I had taken the 3600 out a few days earlier to check for bent pins in an attempt to resolve the issue. It seems either the pins were bent after installation or my inspection wasn’t precise enough. TL;DR: My system worked once the bent pin was addressed. Thanks everyone for your help.
