Consider reducing PL2 as well. Adjust PL2 to 188W and set the CPU current limit to 249A.

PL1=PL2 has received approval from Intel for generations, reaching their maximum configuration while remaining within specifications. It's not an overclock unless all other parameters are also maintained properly. Have you verified the airflow settings? If the CPU cooler is blowing in the opposite direction to the case cooler, cooling performance will be significantly reduced. Additionally, from the top, we cannot determine how much dust is present in the cooler fins; if it obstructs airflow, effective cooling will not occur.

Hey,
I think the airflow direction is right—air comes from the front and exits from the back. The two middle fans are drawing in air from the front while pushing it out behind both. I don’t believe that’s the problem. Also, the dust isn’t that bad; when my comp had everything fresh and shiny, this temperature was still present.

Hey, though this might significantly lower my CPU performance. I don’t mind the trade-off, but if it helps, I’m willing to give it a shot. I also saw online that these two values could match.

According to this both Pl1 n pl2 can be 241W am I right or got anything wrong ? As suggested above I changed pl1 to 125W. In my BIOS when I select intel default then its written 253W in front of it? (As I have shared ss above) Is it wrong ?
