It's strange theories here, I really got surprised trying to grasp this.
I understand about tearing when your FPS exceeds frequency.
And I know that higher FPS uses more resources.
I was referring to unusual asf behavior – 60Hz equals 90+FPS divided by 75Hz which is around 40 FPS.
Maybe my monitor's HDMI port has some bad fluctuations or I'm not sure...

Well, if you miss the train, you have to wait for another one. If your speed isn't fast enough, your frame rate will decrease, possibly falling below what you'd expect without requesting more from your graphics card.

The reasons behind the language variations in the pink "Host-Process of Windows services" section remain unclear. Additionally, some lighter purple entries also appear in non-English formats. Review the update history for any failed or problematic updates.

My system isn't really in English. That's probably the reason.
What does the Windows OS specs mean? Well, I'm using Windows 10 Pro (activated through three tricky cmd lines).
I'll look into the update history as soon as it's not too late for a reply 👺

I would anticipate all English or all your language, not a blend.
Inquisitive: What did those "Activated via 3 cunning cmd lines" refer to?
Please respond when ready.
Others may contribute with additional questions and ideas.
