I'm really surprised by what I'm seeing now. It seems your RAM might not work with XMP enabled. If you disable XMP, will the system still shut down or restart? I still suggest contacting Asus support, as your board likely won't be covered under warranty for much longer.
Important 8GB and Corsair 16GB? That gives you a total of 24GB?

a new compatible RAM set, and stop using the two separate DIMMs. I think this should fix your problem. If you reach out to Asus, let them know your RAM sticks don't match—that's essential information for them.
Your GPU appears to be significantly bent. It seems we can pinpoint the issue more easily. The heatsink should not be positioned too far from the board on the left side. You notice a cutout in the heatsink for that capacitor on the left, which suggests it isn’t being used at all—possibly a few centimeters or more off the board.
Did you receive the GPU? There’s a chance it arrived damaged during shipping.
It’s also possible your motherboard isn’t perfectly square on its mounts, or the GPU is suffering from heavy sagging or torque due to repeated heat cycles.
You should take the card apart completely and check if you can straighten the heatsink—remember to remove it entirely before doing so.
Also, this GPU uses a single heatsink; it was designed that way to fit the bends in the heatpipes.
