mostly related to GPU problems, possibly driver issues, but more likely the card is starting to fail its VRAM or cores. You might salvage it by getting a BIOS with lower core/memory speeds. Try another cable from the card to the monitor if you haven’t already. You never know, and maybe just take the card out and reinstall it.

Consider a different cable and port. If the problem persists, check for GPU issues.

I managed to get it running again, though it seems the solution might be fading away. I rearranged everything, gave it a 30-minute rest, then tried once more—it worked—but the lines appeared briefly on the screen. Things are now functioning properly.
