The laptop uses a specific CPU, and its performance depends on the CPU model. Memory speed capabilities are generally tied to that CPU.

Intel core i3-7020u runs at 2.30MHz. It seems ASUS didn’t provide a BIOS setting or clear display for checking the speed.

I hadn't considered looking into the CPU's compatibility. Now it seems to be resolved. ASUS needs to update their specifications.

I don’t have access to your specific system details, but you can usually adjust CPU options through the device’s settings menu or manufacturer’s software. Check the official documentation for guidance tailored to your model.

Technically the RAM is 2400MHz as displayed in the CPU-Z screenshot, but your exact specs only allow up to 2133MHz, so the processor runs slower with it. If a higher-end CPU were available, it would have supported 2400MHz. It’s confusing and misleading for users, and it would be even more confusing for the general public if ASUS had to differentiate all these combinations.

The CPU speed is fixed at 2133MHz and cannot be changed. You’ll need to buy a different laptop if you want a higher clock speed.
