Warzone appears to have performance limitations but is utilizing nearly all available cores. It's likely running at 1080p resolution. The lower utilization with the 2060 compared to older models like the 1650 and 2700 stems from its more powerful GPU capabilities, which can handle higher frame rates. A R7 2700 should still perform well relative to those GPUs. Are you applying any custom settings? What type of storage are your games stored on—SSD or HDD? Are they M.2 drives? The CPU voltage appears to be low; check the motherboard section of Hwinfo for current temperatures.
I am using XMP, and I am storing them on a Crucial Sata SSD, i have switched it over to my nvme ssd as well and gotten the same results. And should I try overclocking the CPU, or would you suggest I get a new one all together? And here is the stuff from the motherboard. That is sitting at idle though
I played Warzone, though I usually dislike shooters—it's about as disappointing as I thought, but I was just chatting... It really pushed all the cores of my 3600, keeping around 80% usage most of the time, never hitting 100% per core. There was an odd thing happening: some settings, like anisotropic filtering, actually helped performance when set high or max. Probably because it forced the GPU to work harder, boosting FPS and consistency a bit. Still unsure if OPs CPU was keeping up or if something else was at play. I checked the specs, and my 3600 often reached near maximum boost on a few cores, even with aggressive settings like PBO/undervolt/frequency offset. My 3600 also ran at about 3.3GHz for OPs 2700, which is typical for Ryzen—those random cores love boosting. My 5800X3D, on the other hand, stays around 4.55GHz most of the time.
