I’ll let another person add their thoughts too, but if I’m reading correctly (remember I’m on my phone), it looks like you should first update to BIOS F40. Once that’s done, after flashing to that version, you might try the latest version. On my old AsRock board, you’d download the BIOS file and use a flash drive formatted as fat32. Unzip the file on the root of your flash drive, then boot using the USB. Check q flash to see if it recognizes the new BIOS. Also, the 5800x could overheat—what cooler are you thinking of using?
