The motherboard's User Manual might include some explanation of the BIOS functions and features. I can't give you a clear route to the relevant setting since it usually requires searching through the BIOS. Please double-check your discovery before making any changes. The matter is important. If your system operates at a level requiring LN2 cooling yet isn’t utilizing it, the CPU will overheat rapidly and could cause serious damage.
Highly unlikely you have LN2 cooling installed. The main concern is identifying why there’s a 2.78 cap.
Check if the motherboard includes a slow mode switch or any jumper connections—any LEDs?

I didn't locate any switch just a red light close to the RAM modules.
