It appears Windows 10 keeps updating automatically without any clear control. The task scheduler isn’t providing a way to manage this, and there’s no option available. You’re using Windows 10 Home, which shouldn’t be overlooked. Microsoft seems to have missed this issue!

For home users, updates are suggested but not mandatory. Enterprise users should refresh their systems, while no immediate installation is required.
