I've already attempted to allocate its own CPU cores, but all others were using them, so this likely isn't the problem.
This old game runs on four cores, HT doesn't affect it here. When Netflix is running, it causes stutters. If the game is loading from a HDD, it will also stutter during the process.
it's starting from an SSD with just games running, leaving only IRC and Discord accessible.
If you turn off and hide both IRC and Discord, the system will stop responding to those services.

we have very similar specs and I have everything heavily overclocked. I have no stuttering what so ever. If you're having issues in one game, you will have issues else where. You can't ignore issues like this.
