I believe the keyboard itself isn't the problem. It could be related to auto-launch settings or similar features.
Excitingly replaceable switches are a great idea. I’d keep a few spares just in case some wear out over time. Ideally this extends the product’s lifespan significantly. If you’re already planning this, it’s a solid testing method—identify faulty switches, swap them out, and handle the warranty. The advantage is that even if the device fails, you might still get useful replacement components later. Edited September 23, 2022 by Bombastinator
the package included around 5 or 6 switches for replacement, but i’m not sure if it’s the keyboard. this issue only began a few days ago, and i’ve had both the keyboard and pc for about two weeks.
Lots of wins. Just keep it in mind. It might be the frame, so change it if needed (again warranty), but the OS is responding to a command. It could be a faulty key switch or you’re just making accidental hits. (Still my pick.) It doesn’t look like an OS issue. Settings might be the problem. But unless you touched those, I’m not sure. There’s a method to reset all windows settings back to defaults, though it’s slipping my mind. Edited September 23, 2022 by Bombastinator
It does. This appears to relate to employing an outdated and temporary version of Windows 10, like the 1903 release. I presumed you were already updated since that version is older than your purchase by over six months. If that’s the problem, running “check for updates” should fix it. It’s frustrating how Microsoft keeps supporting an outdated OS, making your system vulnerable to threats. Even with these issues, it’s better to avoid being an easy target for malicious actors.
