Hello, your Hyper 212 Evo V2 cooler seems to have triggered some unusual sounds during installation. The strange beeps and the deformation of four pins out of eight are concerning signs. It’s best to stop using the system immediately and contact a professional for inspection. Ignoring these issues could lead to more serious damage.

I mean you're referring to something that looks distorted or abnormal. Could you share some well-lit, clear images so I can better understand what you're asking?

It seems the discussion probably centers on how heat pipes are packed during manufacturing. This topic was quite frequent a few years ago.

That clears things up. I checked 4 out of 8 pins and thought about EPS 12v cables instead of heatpipes.

Yes, this should not be a problem unless the tube gets damaged and the gas leaks out rather than condensing back into a liquid.

I own two Hyper 212 EVO units on my server and there’s no sign of any unusual noises coming from the cooler. It’s probably the motherboard that was making the sound. Can you recall the sequence of the beeps—like one long followed by two short or three short with two longs?

It was only a brief high sound, and I noticed it after I installed obs. Once I closed the app, it stopped working. Now that I tried it again, it doesn’t function properly. I’m not sure what might have led to this issue.

It's producing that odd sound each time I switch to full screen in a game. Edit: when I shift my mouse inside the game while fully in, the beep sounds as if it's moving. It can be louder or quieter sometimes.
