I might have solved it. A blue screen once provided me with a sys component failure code.

Wow! I'm using Windows setup without any crashes. My Bluetooth PCIe card was pre-installed, and seeing "netwtw10.sys" helped me figure it out. I’m hoping this lets me install the device driver without needing it already or if it’s not working at all. Thanks for your assistance—your approach matches what I was thinking!
