Hey there. I came here because I’m stuck. Despite being a seasoned PC builder and having worked with Microsoft’s tech support, I still feel something’s off after setting up this new system. Here’s what happened:

Steps taken:
1. Installed a brand-new Windows 11 ISO.
2. Powered on the machine.
3. Completed all pre-install checks.
4. BSOD appeared before reaching the setup menu (see attached image).

Components checked:
- GPU: MSI Radeon RX 7900 XTX
- CPU: Ryzen 9 7950X
- Motherboard: Asus ROG Crosshair X670E
- RAM: 128GB G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB
- Storage: Samsung SSD 980 Pro x3

Issues encountered:
- BSOD triggered even before accessing Windows setup.
- System failed to boot properly.
- CMOS cleared; power disconnected and motherboard battery removed before re-install.

Troubleshooting attempts:
- Swapped RAM kits; found no official support for the model.
- Reseated CPU, GPU, and RAM.
- Ran Windows 10 – crashed after a short BSOD.
- Tried Manjaro Linux – functional but prefer Windows now.
- Reduced RAM speed from 6200MHz to 4800MHz.
- Updated BIOS – disabled Fast Boot (EXPO).
- Verified GPU is operational.

Current thoughts:
I’m still unsure what to test next. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

P.S. This was done on my phone while I really needed help getting the PC running.

Yes, I tested it without GPU and used IGPU.

The system doesn't support graphics on the motherboard even with an HDMI port. Checking the BIOS settings now.

Located it, adjusted the settings and reinstalled Windows to verify. I'll keep you updated once the system boots up.

You experienced identical outcomes. A blue screen during the Windows device setup ("Getting devices ready" etc.). Followed by an error displayed in the attached screenshot after restarting.

I've used both options: the official Windows 11 ISO and the Media Creation Tool.

Regarding PSU, have you verified those cables and replaced the plug? Are you connecting one or two CPU power cables?

I have checked both visually and by touch that every cable is securely in place. Additionally, I am employing two CPU cables.
