Hello! I recently switched to a 34" curved 3440x1440 2k monitor and sometimes both screens shut down when the PC is under heavy load. I haven’t tried any other games yet, but this happens in CIV 6. The game works well for about 20-30 minutes before the monitors go dark, while the PC remains on and you still hear your headphones. Temperatures are normal—GPU stays between 75-80°C and CPU around 35-40°C. I suspect the power supply unit might be the problem, but I’m not certain. If anyone else has faced similar issues, please share what they experienced. Thanks! EDIT: PSU: RM1000x GPU: ASUS TUF 3070ti CPU: 5950x

Are all devices connected via a power adapter? The updated screen may require more current than the previous model, which could mean it isn't receiving sufficient energy over time. Increased demand from your system while working hard might override the monitor's power needs, leading to reduced performance.

Tested recently and the screens just stop responding—they go dark and display "no signal." Apologies for the unclear wording; English isn’t my native language.

Allowing time for the device to settle can trigger the signal again. Disconnecting and reconnecting might help. Experiment with different cable connections.

Restarting the screens isn't effective; the only available fix so far is forcing the machine off and then turning it back on, which now functions properly.

Uncertain if I can offer much more than this, but likely your PSU or GPU is the issue. If you can still use the computer despite the black screen, it probably points to a GPU or PSU problem. Apologies, I can't provide further assistance at the moment.

I had to return here because I discovered a fix—one of the two PCIe cables from the PSU to the GPU was damaged, and under pressure it couldn’t deliver sufficient power to the GPU. I used a backup cable and it’s now functioning properly. Quite odd!

Great! It's always interesting to see what we discover each day.
