I performed the reset due to a BSOD connected to a BIOS issue. The lights are on both the motherboard and GPU.

Are they using RGB? That indicates they’re receiving power without starting up. Please reach out to your motherboard’s RMA for assistance. I don’t have any other ideas, sorry.

Thanks for the update. It seems like the CPU light might be related to the power supply or fan status. Could you check if it's connected properly and if the fan is running?

I replaced the CPU, but it still isn’t functioning. I’ve inspected the pins and confirmed none are damaged. It might be faulty, though I’m unsure if a simple BIOS reset can fix it.

It's possible your BIOS might be outdated, which could affect your system's performance. You may need to update or flash the BIOS to ensure your CPU functions properly.

Only if you accessed an older BIOS version. A return to default settings won't do that. Remove the RAM and turn on the machine. You'll likely hear error sounds. If you do, reinstall the RAM.

Turn everything off and reinitialize the CMOS via the mainboard once more. It’s possible the factory reset was cut short.

The system runs smoothly without any error sounds, yet the debug LED is illuminated.

Shut down the device completely and disconnect all power sources. Take out the CMOS battery, keep the power button pressed briefly, then put it back in. Check if it starts up. I think the issue might be from default settings getting messed up, as this happened only once before.
