Device cannot recognize the router across multiple systems.
Hello everyone! My R7500v2 | Nighthawk X4 AC2350 Smart WiFi isn't showing up even though the LED light is on. I reset it because I forgot my security questions to change the router settings online. After the reset, no device in the house can connect to the Wi-Fi—phone, tablet, console, PC, etc. It seems confusing since the LED is blinking white but not flashing for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. I've turned on the power button, Wi-Fi toggle, and WPS, but nothing changed. All router lights are white/blinking except the internet light, which makes sense because it's connected to the modem. Ethernet cables work fine and the modem is okay. Any advice on fixing this? Thanks for your time and help.
All systems are functioning properly according to the white, flashing lights, except for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals which remain blank. The computer can still access the internet through the router because I’m operating it as a switch.
I can't reach the router configuration through a web browser because it isn't visible to nearby devices. When using a computer linked to the router, it shows only the modem settings online. All systems appear functional, with lights indicating activity as described.
When connected via Ethernet, you can still reach the router configuration. Entering the specified URLs in your web browser will display the router's login page.
