It’s common after resetting the router that the WiFi name changes and other devices can’t connect. However, a wireless scan should reveal a fresh SSID with a strong signal named "Netgear_XYZ". If your computer is connected via a wired LAN port, the router should remain reachable. To determine the router’s local IP, open Network Connections, right-click your Ethernet link, choose 'Status' and 'Details', then note the IP address used for the default gateway or DHCP server.
