This could be an attempt to address the issue. It doesn't truly resolve the D and E issues or restore the correct placement of the Libraries, but it might be worth trying.

Yes, mostly. But avoid doing this without a complete full backup of your current C drive. It's quite simple to make an error and lose everything. Try the partition shrinkage on your D drive first.
