The downloads show a drive labeled E: on your desktop.
Click right-click on E:\ and select Properties/Location.

It doesn't display properties, it only reaches New. Perhaps due to the question mark?

Save the file into one of those libraries. Next, perform a complete system scan to locate that specific file. Where precisely is it? Full drive letter and path.

Configuration appears severely damaged. The desktop seems to exist on an unknown E, while pictures reside on D. This likely stems from past attempts to save space on the original 240GB drive. I’m unsure if there’s a straightforward solution, and I prefer the standard locations for the default libraries.
