I recently cloned my C drive to a bigger storage device. But before I began the transfer, I encountered the Desktop unavailable...moved/deleted message. I also can't pin anything to the Taskbar or desktop. I've tried several solutions on the Microsoft forum, but nothing has worked. The only icons left are This PC and Recycle Bin. The E drive is gone—I only have C and D now. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In File Explorer:
On the left, is there a link to Desktop?
If yes, right click
Properties
Location tab
"Restore Default"
OK

Hello once more, this didn't succeed. I don't have a restore point and I don't use OneDrive.

After that, execute E: drive. Reduce the size of an existing partition. Set up a new partition using the freed-up space and give it the drive letter E.

I made an error. I don't have a Location tab. What I did was restore the default settings for the picture. Here is the screenshot.

The display of standard folders such as Documents, Pictures, and Videos is currently using a regular folder icon. Have you ever performed any redirection for these sections before, or have you utilized a third-party customization tool?

When attempting to save a file, the default libraries (like Docs and pics) appear, prompting for a location. It seems no custom settings were applied. During the new drive or clone setup, only the current progress was desired without any modifications.

Observe their location as well. Also, here is a screenshot of the Disk Management window now.
