You should look for another computer to make a bootable Windows 10 file. Alternatively, use a partition manager such as AOMEI Partition Assistant to resolve the issue.

Just remove a major movie or something. 8GB isn’t that much. If you need to set up a new system, you’ll still have to back up your files, so where exactly is the issue? You’re not sure how to delete files? Or uninstall a game? I’m pretty sure if you can’t do that, you shouldn’t try installing the system (which is harder than deleting files) and ask an experienced friend for help.
