You can't achieve 7.7GHz memory...that's not possible. What you're receiving is a real clock of 1200MHz and an effective clock of 2400MHz. That's the capability of your hardware.

Consider why 7732Mhz is recommended and how DDR memory speeds are determined. Generally, if tools like Task Manager or CPU-Z report a higher frequency, you should multiply it to match the advertised speeds by your motherboard or RAM maker.

they explained that the arrangement matters. putting 2x8GB in slot one and then 16GB in slot three is better than starting with 8GB, 16GB, and then 8GB. the order affects performance, not just capacity.
