Reset CMOS to reset BIOS defaults. Confirm yes, power up the machine. Start Windows and begin installing the graphics card driver.

My computer remains sluggish, having trouble launching Task Manager. Occasionally a window appears when attempting to open it.

Hello. I'm not sure what I did, but I resolved an issue by checking optional Windows updates. I believe I can adjust the MSI afterburner speed. Thank you for your assistance.

You tried downloading Radeon again but it didn’t work. You’re not sure how to proceed.
