It's good to hear. I checked some CL26 materials and saw they're looking for the premium version. I found a few CL28 kits, though there aren't many of them. The majority are in CL30, 32, 34, which suggests CL28 is less common.

Your system runs at 30-36-36-68 MHz. Are you complaining about your RAM performance? Would you change your car tires every week just because they look old?

I'm not familiar with DDR5 yet, but it requires a certain voltage to function. It might be related to the temperature sensor or your RAS module—it's quite sensitive. The ones I bought on Amazon were made in 2023.

It varies based on the claimed performance. Since they list different frequencies, you can find options ranging from 30-36-36-96 to even 76 MHz. Prices differ too—around $90 in the US and £100 in the UK. If it was advertised lower, it might mean reduced quality inside, which could make it seem like it's near its limits.

HuB ran a test. Sure, CL26 looks better, but it only matters if the price fits. They checked DDR5-8000, DDR5-6000 CL30, CL28 and CL26. Locally you pay double for CL26, yet it doesn’t seem significantly better.

Focus mainly on 4070 Ti; avoid 4090/5090 for this setup.

Didn't expect that was a brand new video; it was on my watch last night. Good one. On the final slide, 'Ammer On Box' mentioned several DDR5-6000 kits with varied timings, a tuned DDR5-6000 CL30, and a DDR5-6400 CL32. I'm puzzled why the DDR5-6400 CL32 is noticeably slower than the DDR5-6000 CL30. I might stick with DDR5-6000 / 6400 CL30 or CL28 and adjust it myself for fun. The DDR5-6000 CL26 seems to be about 50% to 75% more expensive compared to the CL30. Observing how the X870E Pro couldn't reach DDR5-8000, higher frequency proves tough, so I won't add another $200 for the Arous Master... Also, the price gap for DDR5-8000 is quite steep.

I’m wrapping up this project. Thanks to @Eigenvektor @podkall @GuiltySpark_ for the helpful details. I chose a G.Skill TridentZ Neo with DDR5-6000 CL30, which was on sale. DDR5-6400 appears to introduce some latency, though minor, using CL32. The CL26 units are currently too costly, so they weren’t considered.

The total delay is almost nonexistent because 6000 CL30 equals CL32 6400, meaning their delays are comparable overall. Great.
