My 7-year-old system has finally stopped working well. I'm searching for something suitable for home office tasks and light gaming, mainly playing Fortnite with my kids. Besides that, it should run MS Office. On a budget of around $700, I want to see what options fit. I don’t need extra peripherals and have a Windows 10 license ready. I want no unusual lighting inside the case and a vertical tower that allows space for future upgrades like a powerful graphics card. The only salvageable part from my old build is a DVD burner. For light gaming, this CPU includes an integrated graphics unit—great for casual use without a dedicated card.
I remember a post from about six months ago when I was considering upgrading my vice rebuild. I have a dual monitor setup with Asus VS247 monitors, which I'm satisfied with. While I don't really need a DVD burner, it would be handy to have one in case I decide to use it. I also like keeping it as is since I occasionally access stuff on DVDs. The link goes here.

Would there be additional accessories required? Cables, etc.? I've constructed two computers previously, the most recent one being around seven years ago, with possibly another seven years prior. My goal is to create a durable and stable setup that will remain functional for a long time.
So @Roland Of Gilead, are you suggesting that you'd recommend the build I made compared to yours? The main point that stands out is the difference between Intel and AMD for the chipset. I’d also like to upgrade the storage to 2TB during this process. I think the 2TB drive option you chose should be fine, right? It’s $106 on Amazon.
