They're struggling to get help with the support team. They tried using the Windows 10 update assistant to reinstall, but it didn't resolve the issue—possibly a registry problem or configuration error. They're now reaching out to support again and are listed as the fourth person in line for an agent.

Microsoft support didn’t resolve the issue. They suggested updating and rolling back display drivers, but it didn’t work. I spent about two hours speaking with them in an attempt to find a solution. No success so far. Would really appreciate any advice from someone who’s had similar problems.

It seems like there might be a problem, as three different computers are experiencing the same issue.

Seems like an error—probably a bug. I’ll file a report. Let’s see if others notice too.

At the very top you notice the white border or part of my desktop. This is where the Spotify app and Discord are located as well. I didn’t remove the bottom of my screen. The player gets cut off by this white border, which slightly pushes Spotify off the screen.

I shared a message on Twitter. The outcome remains uncertain.

When I shared those Microsoft employees on Twitter, they asked if you were using the Windows Insider Program. To verify or confirm, press Windows key + R, type in Winver, and press enter. A window will appear displaying your OS build number. Share your builds here and I’ll forward the Microsoft Insider team for you.

Same issue here... frustrating. @X-Ray also running 1803, Build 17134.137. It should contain all recent updates. I used to be an Inside user before, but I'm not anymore. Right now I have enough trouble with regular updates, so I don't need any more poor ones. Probably the problem happened after updating from 1709 to 1803...
