Hi, I’ve dealt with a similar issue when trying to maximize windows while dragging a client or browser to the top of my screen. It causes a white border with a faint background tint when I slide a program. I’ve shared a raw video explaining this, and I’d appreciate your assistance in resolving it. To clarify, Spotify isn’t the only app doing this, but I know clicking maximize usually works for me. However, with three monitors and frequent window adjustments, it becomes quite frustrating. Please watch the short clip and let me know what you think. Thank you!

I'm facing the same issue with both my desktop setup featuring two monitors and my laptop when I add another display. I haven't discovered a fix yet.

I simply restated it using Vivaldi. After repeating the same steps once more, it disappears, yet upon another attempt the white bar reappears. It acts like a toggle for me.

I'm not sure about the issue. Can you clarify what's going on with Godlygamer23?

Which video card brand are you referring to? You mentioned using a 1070 on your main PC and a 970 on your test bench, and both worked similarly.

I'm experiencing issues with my EVGA 1060 6GB SSD gaming edition and Ryzen 5 1600X processor. It seems the problem might be software-related rather than hardware.

I was considering it might be a driver issue, so I inquired about the brand. It seems more likely a Windows-related problem, though.

Probably, you’d need to reach out to Windows support for guidance on resolving the issue.

You can notify them about it as a bug as well.

I'll reach out to Windows and let you know the outcome. I'll share solutions once I have them.
