Irrespective of the situation, using SLI with low-end cards tends to be problematic. Inadequate scaling may cause stuttering issues.

But I need a better mobile GPU for any suggestion for an AMD Ryzen 3. You don't need a better mobile GPU, just get a new GPU and it will work fine.

I’m thinking you probably don’t have a large budget. This AM3+ board is fine for making changes and it’s available at a reasonable price:

I just bought one to modify my Phenom II X4 965BE on a budget. I assume your 960T is a black version?
But it won’t help if you try to change the CPU as long as you still have that graphics card.
