I'm curious about using premium thermal paste such as Thermal Grizzly Kryo. It might help with heat management, but I’m not sure if it’s the best solution. If you prefer, I can explore aftermarket cooling options like the Noctua Low Profile or Arctic Coolers to see what works better.

You can verify your current clock speed by checking the system settings or using a hardware diagnostic tool.

They produce their own boards, which means they won’t cause voltage spikes to the CPU.

The cooler is installed correctly with adequate thermal paste, and the fan operates at standard speed. I’m unsure what else could be causing the issue. It’s worth checking if the CPU’s power consumption matches its 95W TDP or if it’s drawing more. Adjusting voltage through software might help if the CPU is being over-voltaged by the system, even if not currently doing so.

I see... this matches what you were looking at. It's a Norwegian page about Deepcool Ice Blade.
