Consider using the rear fan as an exhaust path. Also, if you're interested in customizing, obtain a 120 mm hole saw and create openings for additional fans—perhaps one at the base or a smaller cut if a larger unit isn't possible. I've done this before with older Compaq PC cases and early 2000s Dell models. Great use of cable ties!

Consider adjusting your fans (one intake, one exhaust) because currently you're only drawing in air without expelling the warm air from the CPU. Try it and notice any temperature changes. You also have a GPU that adds more heat, which stays inside the case.

Sure, I understand. The side panel fan was made by me, but it didn't function properly and didn't help lower the PC's temperature.

Switched the rear fan to move air by pulling rather than pushing.

Here are some images of your setup to help clarify the situation. The best cooling solution would involve placing an intake fan at the front near the CPU cooler and a rear exhaust fan to direct fresh air through the cooler, capturing heat and expelling it behind it. Refer to the example below for reference.

The CPU usage at idle and full power varies, but typical values are around 5-10 watts. The fan speed adjusts automatically based on temperature. Over-voltage status isn't provided in this data.

because i notice it looks like a ready-made setup, that might not be the problem

Not a ready-made setup, I used a prebuilt case. All other parts are custom-made. I’m not sure if HP uses an MSI gaming motherboard or the MSI Gaming GTX 960.
