Also, it mentions you have a liquid cooler. Make sure all connections are secure. Your pump might not be operating.

I’m going to reapply the compound and double-check the fan connection. Also, just to clarify, what temperature should the core be in BIOS? That way you can see if your adjustments were successful. Thanks!

I’m not sure how the stock cooler is working. I installed an AIO with my 3600 during assembly. Based on online reviews, temperatures should hover in the mid-30s to low 40s when idle. Notably, my CPU stays around 32°C in Windows but jumps to about 41°C in BIOS, which could cause some inconsistency.
