I just received the build and am noticing frequent warnings along with these temperatures. It seems the fan is likely running. Please check the attached image.

Replace the cooler's cooling pad. Check if you have extra thermal paste available. It might be a faulty paste or mount, or possibly both.

Remove any residue, then reapply it. Lower the CPU voltage as much as possible while maintaining stability.
