Usually stays below 80 cents during heavily modded bg3 in Baldur's Gate 3 when PBO is turned on. Compared to a 4.4 GHz underclock, you get roughly 10-20 cents less with only about a 3% drop in multicore performance and an 8-10% reduction in single core speed due to the lack of single core turbo boost.
15,700 all-core with 1,600 single-core units is typical. In fact, it's slightly higher than what you usually encounter at stock prices. The key point is that your CPU isn't throttling. I’d keep it paired with the PBO. Losing such a significant amount of single-core performance will negatively impact gaming. If you’re aiming for lower temperatures, simply reduce the TDC and EDC numbers further, or apply a Curve Optimizer undervolt. The underclocking isn’t justified just for cooler operation.
