I'm feeling stressed because the load it max reaches is 51C at the same speed, and the utilization stays at 59% while the clock speed doesn<|pad|>. I attempted to change the powerplant to Ultimate, but it didn<|pad|>.

Problems began after the 3607 update and persisted even after switching to 3610. If everything worked with 3404, retry the BIOS again.
