Do you know the issue? I changed my bios settings, and the CPU temperature exceeds 51°C when I reduce fan speed. The Cinebench score is around 5k.

I assume a fixed TDP value is defined somewhere. HWinfo64 will gather additional details such as power usage, temperatures, voltages, and constraints.

HWInfo64 displays CPU utilization metrics. It also includes a PerfCap section to identify what might be restricting the CPU performance.
