It seems the system is responding oddly. Disabling Turbo Boost and adjusting the core ratio might help. On many boards this can resolve issues, though it’s possible on some Gigabyte models there’s a special fix. I’m still adjusting, as the previous Intel Gigabyte board I used had a very different BIOS setup, making it hard to pinpoint the exact changes needed.
Later tonight I plan to retrieve the board from storage and check it out, but everything displayed on your screens suggests it should already be ready. It might be useful to perform a complete Cmos reset and reinitialize all configurations, just in case something went wrong (I've noticed some unusual occurrences).
I believe I identified the issue. After performing a CMOS clean and turning on XMP, the same problem persists despite reinstalling Intel XTU and increasing the Core IccMax from 120A to 160A. Now I'm reaching 4.7GHz across all cores. That was the main constraint. XTU indicated this, but I hesitated to adjust it further. Thanks for your assistance!
