It seems their feedback aligns with what others have shared here, which is reassuring knowing the problem has been fixed. Thanks to Fractal support for their assistance! They mentioned they had a recall on Lumen units that affected several other brands such as NZXT and MSI. The situation is now resolved, and they’ve provided updated models that will eliminate those issues. They’d be glad to share one of those updated units with you.
