It seems like the setup might be a bit confusing for you. My uncle handled the cable connections, but it looks like the wiring isn't very clear. There are many unused cables around, which can make things harder to understand.

Noticing a ~20*C temperature rise clearly indicates poor case airflow. The stock heatsink isn’t doing enough; it should be this severe when the CPU hits 94*C+ (the point at which throttling begins). Examining the case reveals a poorly constructed design. The 2.5" and 3.5" HDD bays are permanently riveted, making removal impossible. The bottom-front 120mm fan is directly inside the 3.5" HDD cage, so air from that fan doesn’t reach the rest of the system. You’re left with only the top-front 120mm fan, and a 2.5" HDD/SSD enclosure above it. Keeping the front panel uncluttered could help slightly, but it’s unlikely to make much difference. It would have been better if the side panel used more ventilation instead of clear acrylic. No airflow appears at the top either.

It's quite frustrating with the cable setup... You might want to take it step by step, remove one cable at a time, tidy it up or change its path, then reconnect everything. It can feel intimidating if you're new to this, since each cable has a specific port. Just be careful not to leave any cables hanging around accidentally.
