Grab another CPU for testing in the motherboard slot. Reinsert it and attempt to boot without any RAM installed. If the CPU works, you’ll encounter a RAM error. If the problem persists, it’s likely not related to RAM. Once confirmed, check the PSU; if both boards show the same issue, investigate the power supply next.

I just checked my psu on my previous build, it works fine, I still get the same issure with my mobo alone tho, I know its very small but maybe I got a 2nd ded mobo?
