CPU 99 Degrees
CPU 99 Degrees
So I just purchased a new cooling fan for my CPU. I have an 80 mm fan on the panel blowing over the components, and a 120 mm fan at the back blowing onto the laptop's sides as well. I'm wondering if this setup is good or not, and also what direction my CPU cooling fan should be facing in advance to help me.
Ok so I just purchased a new cooling fan for my CPU. I have an 80 mm fan on the panel blowing over the components, and a 120 mm fan in the back blowing onto the laptop's sides as well. Is this a suitable setup? Also, could you let me know the correct direction for the CPU cooling fan beforehand? Your case fans aren't responsible for keeping the CPU at 99°C.

The setup you described involves a combination of fans, and I wanted to clarify whether it’s optimal. The 80 mm fan on the panel directs airflow over the components, while the 120 mm fan at the back blows air onto the laptop chassis. It would be helpful to know if this configuration is suitable and what direction the CPU cooling fan should face for best performance.
