Big Red is the sole game I’d think about for solo play (though I’m mainly into BL1 zombies). CS:S and CS:GO offer far more replay value for me.

You can't put them side by side... I really enjoy CoD:BRO. I wish 3arc could revisit and create a great WWII title someday.

CS 1.6 is top for LAN gatherings, CSS brings the most enjoyment, and CoD is my favorite—especially World At War. I really enjoy my bolt-action rifles (Kar98K & Nugget). I tend to dislike Cowadoody because of the player base and how effortlessly it’s possible to excel in those titles.

I'll refer to him as codfish for this. Codfish: "You don't like CoD just because you're bad at it."
Me: "Ahem, 16:1 KD" (I usually go 32:2).
Codfish: "That's not possible, pros don't get that high."
Me: "Yeah, I'm not a Pro CoD player either. I play CS."
Codfish: *refuses to accept it and points out CS's graphics* Anyone feel this pain?

The CS:GO online scene feels much more friendly compared to the COD scene. I also prefer CS since it avoids 360-degree no-scopes or people constantly sprinting with double shots or dolphin dives while shooting. In COD, there’s no recoil at all.

I favor Call of Duty without hesitation. I don’t enjoy CS games at all.

CS stands out as more competitive, while COD feels more relaxed. They represent two distinct kinds of games.
